Hello. I am having an issue installing the game onto my D: drive. I have two drives my C: drive (SSD) that I did not want to install the game onto but was forced to. and my D: drive (HDD) which it will not install onto. Every time I attempt to install the game onto my D drive is just attempts to update it then says there was an issue updating the game with an error code BLZBNTAGT00000BB8 I had previously had the game installed onto my D Drive when there was an update (I do not remember the patch apologies) when this started happening. Have attempted to uninstall and reinstall the game. have tried reinstalling the client and nothing seems to be working.
Please any assistance would be helpful. Running short on space on SSD and 7.5GB is a bit more then I can spare. Want to try and save reformatting HDD for last possible option. Have a lot of important files on there.

Oct 13, 2007  Best Answer: When you click on something to download a New Window pops up and it asks you for where you want to save that file. From that small pop up window you can browse and go to different drive. 30 seconds to mars album download zip. Both of your drives are in My Computer. So you might want to go back to My Computer, then select drive D.
Yes I have attempted all of those steps including those in the advanced section. Still not working.

Can you move the Heroes of the Storm folder from your C: drive to your D: drive and then change the folder path in the Battle.net app, in Settings > Game install/Update ?

Same issue here. No issues with steam only battlecrap.
Sounds like a permissions problem. Can you give yourself full control for each folder on the drive? Right click on the drive root, then go to properties, then hit permissions. Find your user account and give yourself full control.
